Founder and CEO of Tesla, Elon Musk, has announced that the company would now accept dogecoin as payment. It accelerated by 20% in a matter of seconds. His favorite digital money is the cryptocurrency based on the meme, as he has already said. Musk has a history of announcing his thoughts on the internet, most notably through the medium of Twitter.

CNBC quotes Tesla CEO Elon Musk as saying the company will accept dogecoin as payment for certain of its items. This meme-inspired cryptocurrency had a 20 percent increase in value following the announcement of American billionaire Howard Schultz. On Twitter, as always, Elon Musk shared the news.

Dogecoin is the billionaire’s preferred cryptocurrency, as he has already said. During his appearance on “Saturday Night Live,” a well-known American sketch comedy program, he even brought it up.

When asked about his thoughts on dogecoin, Musk said that it has more potential than the most popular cryptocurrency in the world, bitcoin.

At initially, the cryptocurrency referencing the meme was a jest. Dogecoin was created as a satirical parody of the cryptocurrency world. Billy Markus and Jackson Palmer came up with the idea for bitcoin in 2013. Dogecoin is a reference to the widely circulated online meme of the same name (which features a shiba inu dog).

Also see: Bitcoin’s price has plummeted. In the end, the prices dropped below $40,000.

It’s not uncommon for cryptocurrency investors to dismiss Dogecoin as little more than a “meme stock” like GameStop or AMC.

It used to be the same, except that the owners kept it hidden more and probably still do. Slowly but surely the globe is becoming the private property of a small group of individuals. However, it is not a globalist-insatiable attitude but rather a humanistic one, and like in life, everything has a beginning and an end.
