When I recently had access to Alloc’s tools and LiveMap, I was able to test them out in a demo/testing capacity. Using the URL to access the web-side of this tool now doesn’t function, as I was previously informed.
In light of recent server maintenance, do you know if this port may have been purposely or inadvertently blocked during testing?
As of yet, there has been no official word on when A20.5 will be server-side ready. On average, this host has been able to have everything operational in less than twenty-four hours after a stable release, which is rather impressive in my book.

In your configurations, are you talking about the region that you’ve selected? If that’s the case, you’ll have to set it yourself because it’s a new A20.4 feature. The default is always the US East. If you don’t know what region you live in, you may change this to whatever you choose. Is the section called “Details” what you’re alluding to? Consider making a support request for it.

Perhaps the host is trying to save money by not allowing direct access to files, as I’ve seen (service, support, etc). They’re able to provide their services at such a low price because of lower costs, it appears to me.
🤔 As a former administrator, I can attest to the fact that a lot of us have accidentally screwed up our configs, and I can see the reasoning for this.
There is no harm done to anyone save the administrator who made the error when something like this occurs on a dedicated server (and the players on that server). It’s not uncommon for one administrator to do something silly that causes several game instances to fail in a shared environment (such as the one we’re on).
Has flushing your remote cached maps been an option for you? Considering the possibility that a corrupted portion of the downloaded map may have occurred on your local computer… although it may be a long shot.

It’s possible that eliminating your player from the server is the only solution if you continue to experience issues. It’s possible to ask for assistance by opening a support request, however the easiest method to accomplish this is to download the world, deactivate your character, and then re-upload (and activate) the world.
